| Wires & plugs for sure at that mileage. Order ACdelco wires from rockauto (see 5% discount code in our reference section). I think theyre $33 shipped. Autolite 605 plugs can be had for about $10. A good idea to do the fuel filter in rear, air filter. A 180 deg t-stat Is only $10. That's about all I'd worry about. Maybe someone else can suggest the other things I forgot! _________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^ | |

104s' when you do the pulley and other mods, not really helpful before. by the way if you have not done it yet might consider changing the transmission fluid (drop pan drain and fill NOT the pressure flush machine) . You also need to drain and replace the coolant (dexcool) it should be done each 100K miles and definitely before 150K miles. Consider checking the pullies for wear (slip the belts off and turn all pullies by hand, any grinding or binding means time to replace. Finally, remember to check/clean/replace/lube (as appropriate) the emergency brake cable linkages (the OE cable is plastic coated and probably does not need lube), the PCV valve (often ignored), inspect the radiator for slow leakage, inspect the front main seal for seepage (hard to see the rear main), inspect the motor and transmission mounts for fatigue/collapse, and lube the rear suspension links (they have zerks).

| Re: plugs, the range you select depends on boost level - how much and how often. So driving habits will determine this as much if not more than your mods. For example, if you're in the gas all the time with even a stock engine, you can support 104s, or you can have a 3.5" pulley and foul 104 plugs out if you seldom get into boost. I would run the 104s and check them in 5-10k miles for fouling. As long as you hit WOT once in a while, I think you'll be fine. For more Q&A on plugs, please read & post in this thread: https://rivperformance.editboard.com/t26-faq-which-spark-plugs-ignition-wires-should-i-use?_________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^ | |

| clean the maf sensor, replace the idle air control valve.they do go bad but very cheap to replace. check all the electrical connections at the rear of the engine just near and below the alternator.check if theyre fouled with oil and what not.clean and reconnect. fouling of the connections can cause intermittent failure of components. disconnect the battery ,remove the coils and give the coil plate a good cleaning.reasemble with a good smear of dialectric grease, install coils.

| drain and replace (or have shop do it) all the fluids. Tranny, coolant, brakes. Check the condition of the suspension (tie rods, sway bar links & bushings) rear air shocks. Change fuel filter and PVC valve. Clean throttle body, replace supercharger oil (there's a HOW TO on here), air filter, check condition of vacuum lines.

Not unless it breaks. AFAIK there is no interval on it. They last a long time.

| If you are in there for other reasons you MIGHT replace the timing chain tensioner... | |
