That's pretty awesome. I could do the same thing in a Riviera... but it's not the best platform to do something like that in...too big and heavy.

Yea. Don't get me wrong though, my Riv with mild mods is still pretty freaking quick for it's size and weight. It most likely weighs around 4000lbs. I had my Gold V8 Fiero weighed, and it is sitting at 2850lbs right now. Still haven't gotten to getting The 3800 Fiero weighed yet...I'm interested to know.

it's a shame the Reatta is as heavy as it is, but I bet it's pretty damn fast!!

We picked this up for my sister, '97 5-speed with 174k for $2,200! Had to drive 3 hours to get there and 3 more hours back home, but it was worth it. No rattles or squeaks and the clutch feels perfect!

It's not completely difficult to do that swap in a Reatta, because it already has a 3800/4-speed auto in it. Really great idea though.

It's basically an appearance package. The wheels, the graphite colored grille and fender flares along with two tone seats are all exclusive to the Freedom Edition.
Thanks Dave!! SEC doesn't look like it will be too hard.

Had to share this! I got a few Prada bags that couldn't be sold because of corroded zippers from rain damage, frayed straps, or broken zipper pulls. I took three of those bags, a pair of scissors, a needle and thread, and some patience and imagination to make one (would be) expensive shift boot out of their silk linings!

Though you guys might like an action shot of my baby. In case you didn't know, my username is a tribute to my first car, a 1969 Buick GS Colorado. I don't know if you've ever heard of a GS California, but basically it was just a stripped down regular GS without the luxuries of power windows, seats, and chrome. However, 3 dealerships in the state of Colorado were having trouble selling the GS California's, because people in Colorado hated Californians and didn't want to be associated with them. So these dealerships took off the California emblems, and replaced them with Colorado emblems. This was only done at these three dealerships for the 68 and 69 Gran Sports. They're super rare, and not many were ever made. I got lucky and stumbled upon one when I was younger, and my Dad bought it for my first car when I was 12. We've been fixing it up ever since.
