Part # needed

Just need a little help getting a part name/number for a rubber tee connector. It's the connector that is on the throttle body and goes down to the transmission modulator and other lines. I've got a heavily cracked one and need to replace it. Right now I've just got it sealed with RTV and electrical taped, but I don't want that to be the fix...

Here's a pic to illustrate which one I'm talking about:

I have a 3.8 N/A and I purchased the following items from Advance Auto Parts

1) plastic T connector with two 3/8” and one ¼” port,
2) 3/8” to ¼” plastic adapter for the modulator connection
3) ¼” to 3/16” plastic adapter for the fuel rail
4) two feet of ¼” fuel line for the modulator
5) one foot of 3/8 fuel line for the throttle body connection,
6) one foot of 3/16 fuel line for the fuel rail connection,

Do you happen to have a part # for number 1 on your list?
