Interior Black lights? Empty
PostSubject: Interior Black lights?   Interior Black lights? EmptySat May 12, 2012 12:17 pm

I want to install some interior black lights to 'pimp' my ride. I figured buy a small strand and either find a place to install above the pedals or mount them somewhere different.

My question is: Is there a good spot to possibly mouth these? I want them to be positioned towards the floor more.

Thanks.

Remove the panel covers under the dash, and you'll see how Buick mounted the lamps. If adding my own lighting, I'd use the same method. The panels are plastic and easy to cut and drill for mounting.

I wouldn't waste time with bulbs, or money on LEDs. You can get some nice, affordable black lighting in compact fluorescent tubes like these:

Don't get the tubes. Get LED's. They produce a much more even, brighter, and longer lasting glow than tubes ever will. Why do you think people are using LED lighting in their houses now, and using them in the computers instead of tubes.
