| Not that I'm aware of. Did you perform the swap yourself? Pay someone? Or was it done prior to your purchase? The big advantage of the 3 that I can think of would be it will run regular or premium and perform accordingly correct? | |

| I have no idea what the engine is in mine. It came from an '00 GTP that had been heavily modded including an engine swap before they rolled it... but as long as you swap all of the sensors and brackets over, the series 3 and series 2 are completely interchangeable. You do have to swap ALL of the sensors and brackets though.
edit - Abaddon below me is correct - the LIM-up needs to keep your original supercharger. Worth a mention, I assumed it was obvious.

| Are you planning on putting an ENTIRE Series III in your Riv, or just the lower end? The S/C is different and your throttle body will not bolt up to it. And, you can't use a Series III TB because it's electronic and the Riv isn't wired for it, nor will the PCM allow it. You'll have to put your Series II lower intake and S/C on it. A Series III LIM will not bolt up with your Series II S/C. Really the only thing you can swap in from a Series III is the lower end and the heads. EVERYTHING above and including the LIM needs to be swapped. | |

| The throttle body won't bolt on to the GenV supercharger (S3) without an adapter plate - it's unlikely you got a GenV supercharger swap in the process. It's most likely the old supercharger as well. Some pics of the supercharger would answer that, but most likely it's the stock Gen3 supercharger. | |

| Johnny, not trying to pick your car apart so don't take this wrong. I just hope that maybe we can sort out some of your cars issues.
Your #3 and #5 cylinder injector wires look like they have been spliced. What is the condition of the splices on those and the other four that we can't see? Also, what is the purpose of the little air filter? | |
