Underhood Lamp Empty
PostSubject: Underhood Lamp   Underhood Lamp EmptyFri Feb 28, 2014 2:28 pm

I am contemplating retrofitting a 95-99 Riv underhood lamp into my '96 Aurora. I'm not exactly sure how the Riv assembly is mounted, wired up and how it is switched on off. Does anyone have pictures of this or can snap some? I appreciate it. TIA!

If anyone has the bulb part number too, I'd appreciate it. I need to get something brighter in there.

Sorry I don't have any pictures to share, but I believe the Riv's light is mount by rivits. Short sheel metal screws will work just fine. I don't know exactly where the wiring is tapped in for the light, but it comes on with the parking lights/head lights. Hope that helps!
