| Hey everyone as you all know winter is fast approaching especially for is on the great white north , although we seem to be having some fair weather now. great opportunity to fix my damn heated seat ! Okay so the passenger seat works perfectly you hear a nice click when you turn on the heated seat gets warm fast. driver seat has the problem . hit the heated seat switch when you put the key to ignition on you hear a faint click but no heat even after 5 min. turn the switch off and back on while the keys still in and it doesn't make a click anymore it only clicks once when you turn the car on for the first time and press the heated seat button bit alas click or no click still have no heat. No idea where to start, should o switch the heater control module from the pass see if that works ? Also looks real rusty under my seat not the passenger side though could it be a ground ? | |

| That should be grounded by a screw that attaches the ground wires to the chassis, behind the left kick panel. The screw is partially hidden by the parking brake assembly. It's very close to the door jamb. You'll have to remove the entry facia and lower kick panel to get to it. Remove the Riviera panel very carefully or you'll likely break the retaining tabs. | |

| Is there more than one ground? Or are both heated seat control units grounded by the driver kick panel | |

| The passenger seat heater is grounded by the screw under the R/H kick panel. | |
