Supercharged 1996 Riv out of intake manifold there is a small plastic bypass tube. This has o rings that have been liberally treated with silicone sealant twice but after 6 or 7 months anitfreeze starts to seep. Does anyone know of a permanent fix? Thanks.

Next time you have it out make sure you clean the holes out very very well. Usually later leaks are caused by crud remaining inside the openings preventing the O-rings from making a good seal.

Also, I have had the plastic version break many times, I highly recommend getting the aluminum ones.
