Looks good Alex! Thats so damn loud. Get an exhaust on her. How were the scans? How far to you think you are from getting this thing track ready? - 97rivman wrote:

| I gotta say, I appreciate the intention here, you've got one awesome Riv there... BUT - I cannot support driving the car without a license. What's the hang-up? Don't be stupid, man. Use some of that money you've saved for mods and get this situation straightened out asap! Take it from someone who in his younger days tried exactly what you're doing and got caught. And with that loud exhaust, you are taking an even bigger risk. They'll catch you, and THIS WILL NOT BE FUN, ALEX! WOULD HATE TO SEE YOU FACE THE SAME DILEMMA I DID. No votes from me till you take down the vid and promise to obtain your license before driving again. _________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^ | |

| The local cops are in my pocket, the last guy who gave me a ticket for driving on a suspended got fired...TRUE STORY.... And I dont have my license because I had to learn how to prevent catastrophic computer failure in a similar chassis vehicle. I just need to motion some speeding tickets up in court which is hard to do because its so far away. Im gonna see if my lawyer could do it for me. Other than that.... Theres no legal worries. If anything, Id high tail back to my driveway, wait 5 minutes for them to catch up and then show them the goods, BS for a few more minutes and then tell em Id see em later. I DO NOT CONDONE DRIVING ILLEGALLY. However, I have years of extreme FWD drving experience that allows me to keep safe. Do not try this on your local neighborhood streets...... This vehicle is Emissions compliant as well as for being track ready, i just want to get a fe 1000 miles on it and some real good tuning before I go truly crazy. Dont forget, I also have 2- 10 lb bottles of Nitrous Oxide. Im thinking about just putting a t-66 on the back and not even wasting the money on a muffler. | |

| If anyone else's car can make an owners manual fly off the dash, ****with a stock pulley**** while wearing sandals.....I will back down, But the Riviera of the month is just that. Not the driver of the month.
I think the camera angle is all wrong for you guys to grasp what is really going on here.

Sorry, lurker here but had to reply to your dumb comments. Congrats on getting a cop fired for doing what he was supposed to, pulling people breaking the law, Within 6 months i should be on the force so please do try that around my neck of the woods. Second you are 21, you do NOT have years of extreme FWD driving under your belt. Seriously bud you may want to back down before something serious happens and it ends up ruining the rest of your life.

Second you are 21, you do NOT have years of extreme FWD driving under your belt. Seriously bud you may want to back down before something serious happens and it ends up ruining the rest of your life. My extreme FWD driving experience comes from a: - 1981 FWD 5.0 v8 307 Buick Riviera with no power steering, Edelbrock carb, forced RAM AIR. and open headers/manifolds (blown up). -A 2006 Monte Carlo LT 3.9L with 9.8:1 compression....Broken power steering pump shaft, fried PCM, BCU, TRACTION CONTROL, etc. 2- 10 lb bottles of nitrous a 75 shot and multiple 140 mph tests, and several times spinning tires up to 80 mph in the rain. (GONE) And there wasnt a day that passed that i didnt hit at least 100 mph on some road. and 0 zero accidents!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and of course there is the Riviera in the video. but whats so special about that......... try doing a search. My life is already ruined. The only thing I have to my name is a Black Casket with 400 HP. So when I decide to show you people a video of the fastest Riviera you will ever see....only going through 1st gear....I suggest you enjoy it. A license is just a piece of plastic granted to me by people who cant drive like I can.

I need new brake lines and an exhaust before i bust out the twisted sick driving. And honestly any time someone goes above the speed limit theyre breaking the law and driving illegally, My license just happens to have been taken away for that reason. Im getting buried in this car so good luck getting it out of the ground.....assuming the fireball of NOS and GAS doesnt cremate everything first.

| It's "NAWZ". To clarify, my problem with you driving, Alex... isn't out of respect for the law, it's out of concern for you as a fellow member. You've dug yourself a hole by speeding. I've done it, too. But now you're taking added risk that could eventually result in the impoundment or seizure of your vehicle. Just trying to give you a heads up so you don't slip deeper into the $h!†. We enjoy having you as a member, but would hate to see your Riv slip into the wrong hands. _________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^ | |

| Thursday nights are car show night, and I always get permission to drive up there from the local popo so ill try and get some more video today, hopefully with someone outside my car as I go down the street.
And its "NOS" my nitrous system is "NOS" brand. and so are both of my tanks. So i can call it that. its when its zex, or some other brand. Or maybe im just referring to my "NITROUS OXIDE SYSTEM"

| Geeze, you've been ripped by posters on both sites. I'll just say that the video confirms that these engines sound like complete ass when the exhaust is opened up. | |

| Well I still havent gotten my license back yet, but the vehicle is insured. $500 from Geico... I figured that was a great deal for my kind of driving record. It has been on the road and it is one HELL of a BEAST!!! The only problems I'm having is TRACTION, KR at 1200 rpm and the windshield wipers aren't working, but other than that..... I had to dump the latest GF cuz she couldn't understand why I wouldn't let her drive my car with no power steering. (She under-steered her little suzuki into a viaduct wall on Thanksgiving cuz she was going too fast and it was slick) No freakin way I'm letting her drive my $26,000 drag car. The car averages a 10mph gain every second on average. 0-60 is undetermined because the tires immediately spin after 50% throttle. But 60-100 takes 4 seconds... at about 80% throttle. More info to come in the future | |

| i removed the pump and plugged the lines. The meziere electric water pump doesn't allow for enough belt wrap around the crank pulley so i just eliminated the power steering. I've blown it in every car ive ever had and I prefer it anyways for more control. | |

| if you can fab a mounting location for a ,say, ford pinto rack,or other, your steering will be much lighter. have you investigated this possibility? | |
