Yes. Who needs brake lights or fat tires on a FWD drag car? Yet it has telling plates

With a rear wheel drive drag car, the skinnies go on the front. A FWD gets them on the rear. Same reason, lower rolling resistance. I saw a similar car in Norwalk, Ohio, at Buick Race Day. Only this one was turbo charged and intercooled. Had slicks on the front and skinnies on the rear. It was a silver Regal. It even had the same flames on the front. Ran a best of 11.33@ 130 MPH with an anemic 1.97 60' time, 18 psi of boost, on E85. Car had 608 FWHP.

No that's the info sheet you fill out at a car show. That's where I got the info above.

JK, Larry Didn't mean to lead you on. Amazing similarity in cars, though.

Charlie, why not go to a smaller pulley? You have the mods. You could probably get into the 13's on your setup with just a smaller pulley. Maybe a 3.4"? 3.3" if you're feeling lucky.

I always though that thing could go faster if the back end could be kept from slamming to the ground. Its like the engine is trying its best to break free out the front of the car.

I noticed that. I bet if he pumped up his rear tires and shocks, and put some filled/hockey puck mounts in there she would do a lot better... Not that 12.75 is bad or anything

So wrong. That car should've run a 12.50. Look at how terrible of a start he got. That light was green for about .2 seconds before he hit it.

The tree doesn't impact your ET, that's only for reaction time. Clock starts when your tire leaves the beam. Looks like he had a decent hole shot to me.
