| Looks good! I like that you decided to go with a mild tint instead of "Wesley Snipes" black lol. How do the bumper lights come out? | |

Thanks 96... I think these came out just dark enough to not warrant a ton of cop attention. Time will tell though! I had 5% tint on my front windows for 3 yrs before I got pulled over for it. But those bumper lights come out pretty easily. If you look up while under the car, you should see the lenses and the bulb sockets exposed. They are very accessible (unlike the front turn signal lenses which you can't get out without basically taking the whole bumper off). The parking light lenses are held on by two "toothed" brackets each... you just need to pull the bulb socket out and then pry those toothed brackets off. A flathead screwdriver works fine... some wiggling required. Then just pull the lenses off. You can see where there are 3 flat prongs that hold each light on if you look @ the last pic I posted. Got something up your sleeve?

| Don't know if I should be happy, sad, confused, or a combination of all three with a little "I'm getting older and so is my car" sprinkled in, but this just happened yesterday: I got there sooner than I thought. Four hundred miles of travel (at minimum) per week takes its toll, but she's still bumbling and burbling along. Long live Rivs! | |

Sweet, take a pic of 200k! These cars are tanks and even though mine's got all kinds of weird quirks, rattles, clunks, shakes, bumps and bruises, it's still going very strong. Where'd you get your dash? Mine was off ebay and it just came with two door swooshes + the pieces for the main dash. Still more wood grain than you can shake a stick at... or maybe shake a tree at

| I actually got my dash at the picknpull in Summit, Illinois. I got it for like $30. I couldn't pass it up when I saw the Riviera in the yard. They were trying to charge me extra for the traction control switch and headlight switch but I ended up getting it for just the price of the dash. The only other wood trim I'm looking for is around the Shifter. I spilled my redbull and the woodgrain starting chipping off | |

| Love your Riv, ZEP. It's beautiful. Only thing I'd do different is shave the back completely. | |

| Very nice, Zach. I love the grill, the blacked-out lenses and the exhaust. I also like that Delaware plate... Simple and classy.
I think I may have found me another low-mileage Riv. I've got my fingers crossed.

| Thank you dudes... I figure the Riv somehow made it through like 6-7 snow storms in a place that usually gets maybe 1-3" of snow every year and STILL looks ok, so she deserved a lil photo shoot - charlieRobinson wrote:

Only thing I'd do different is shave the back completely. Thx Charlie! And yeah I totally agree, I've been thinking about that solidly for 6 months or so. Right now I'm caught btwn getting a PS4 or shaving / repainting the bumper (because it NEEDS new paint). Literally losing sleep over it. The only thing that's holding me back from shaving is that I'd want a manual pull-cable to open the trunk if the auto-opener ever stops working, and I don't know how hard that'd be to do. Ugh... Watch Dogs + GTA5 vs some paint on a bumper + a cable. - ghpcnm wrote:

I think it will do the job. TR-3 is great for jobs like that. Then carve "wee" into the forehead of the jerk that did that.

| Haha! Thanks guys, I'll look into the tr-3 for sure, thanks man. I think it'd honestly bother me less if they'd written something coherent or clever at least haha eeeeeither way, stupid. But at least it'll hopefully buff out. .....can't say the same for Zach's trunk | |
