I love my alloys though, they have a hue to them that matches the car's paint when they're really clean.

And here's the first startup vid! The mufflers weren't hung when I took this since we ran out of time and couldn't drill the holes for the bolts until the next morning:

Haha, yeah, I copied you to a T with the length of the mufflers and even where I bolted on the hangers! I gotta tell ya though, I decided on the sharp slant-cut tips myself.

It sounds great and the install looks great. You should get it all welded though, all those clamps looks like a redneck did the job.

Clamps cost less

Really nice pics here Josh. You have some angles of the car that really show off its design. One thing I noticed though. It seems that on the passenger side of the car, there is a rather large gap between the hood and the fender. Was it like that when you got it?

Thanks for taking time to appreciate the hundreds of pics I have on here! The gap is all the damage that happened when I rear ended an '05 Honda Accord back in October. It's very slightly bent, but not enough to make any more than a simple aesthetic problem. That, a squished lisence plate mount, and a little bit of paint scratches on the bumper, which are barely noticable now, is all the damage that happened to my car.

Ooops, sorry for the name .Yeah the damage isn't too bad, just noticing the details. Must've been painful when it happened though!

I was relieved when I saw that there wasn't even a crack in my headlights, although I didn't expect much damage anyway. These cars are built like bulldozers!

Here's my true FWI! Bought an APC filter that's about 6" shorter than my Spectre, the same color blue as my Spectre, and it fit perfectly! Much less noise with the windows up than with the CAI/WAI, but a little more with the windows down. Best thing is, it makes my corner lights look brand new!





Makes just a little bulge in the fenderwell, but not enough to bother the tires at all:

Here's the advantage that '95s have, the air intake area is shielded off by part of the engine bay frame instead of not at all, and even then, the traction control thing is farther away from it, instead of right next to where the filter would wind up. Spacing and built-in shielding? I believe that makes the '95 better than the others when looking to build an FWI.





The 4" tubing fit in the hole, but only because of its screw shape. I was able to screw it in basically. You can see the wire running around the outside that drops down for my IAT.
