| ZZP just got in about 20 IC cores so I went ahead and ordered the IC, PRJ cam, double roller, 105# springs, sensors, gaskets, adn hardware for the install. Will be taking some measurements today for the IC radiator(s). Waiting on a response to decide which fuel logs and injectors I will go with. I will be dropping to a 2.8 pully if we can tune it for no knock. Does anyone make a 2.9?
Hope to have everything installed in the next two weeks. Then dyno! I have seen some tricked out GTPs with the same setup around 365-375hp at the wheels using the XP or XPZ cams. PRJ cam had the same numbers but the car running it had a clogged cat and they seem to think with the proper exhaust adn tune they can coax another 20hp out of it. Getting closer to my 400whp goal but might have to get a 50shot of nitrous to get there. We will see...

| Congrats dude. I must admit I am jealous.
Do you have a link for the PRJ cam. I didn't see it on PRJ's website.

| It's a reletively new cam design from PRJ. Less of a lope than the XP and XPZ cam but produces more power over a greater range...it is designed to work best with stock heads. I will try to get some specs today adn post them. | |

| Congrats Eric.. gunning for the title haha.. how much did that run you?
now that you've mentioned the cores, I think that may be what I save up for next, i'll buy the core and then buy the radiator and plumbing.. do you think it would be cheaper to just buy the $500 SS kit? or buy it piece by piece

| It might not be cheaper but not by much. It was recommended that I use a different pump that what ZZP sells but I can't remember why. ZZP kit is also for the GTP not Riv. It should be very similar but the radiator and plumbing will be different. | |

| You do realize you will have to remove your balance shaft to use that double roller....and its recomended you have your bottom end balanced better than stock if you remove your balance shaft... | |

| TType_Riviera.. The bottem end doesn't need to be rebalanced. The balance shaft has nothing to do with engine balance. It really should be called a "secondary harmonic vibration canceler". It cancels out secondary harmonics at low RPMS (below 1200 RPM) | |

| I'd like mid 13's possibly less if I can get my car to go on a diet but 1/4 time is not a priority now.. My main goal is 400whp with the M90. Even with the suspension, brake, and now engine mods, I am still a grandpa on the streets. I just want to brag that I can go fast... and back it up if needed.
Ryan, I'm trying to out do everyone! Been splurging lately because last year was good to me (financially) and this year is looking good too but after the engine mods, tranny mods, paint, and interior... I swear I'm done...really....no really....I promise....

I knew the ups driver (dave) by first name, and I saw him at least once a week for about a year straight. i was spending about 300-500 every week or other week. and thats not including the relationship i have with the business i get all my nitrous and fuel equipment from.
a small squirt of juice, and im tippin 430-450hp...easily

| What's a small squirt? I don't want to go more than 50-75 on a stock bottom end. I was considering installing a direct port (heard the NXL is a good setup) and holding off on acutally running the nitrous until I do the bottom end. I understand dp systems usually are good for 150+ but not lower. Maybe a dry system shot of 50 but that seems to be a better way to cool the intake charge more than anything. | |

| Pulley Boys (PFYC) has pulley sizes in all tenth increments and looks nicer than anybody else's pulleys (IMO). | |

| Congrats on the goodies. Only 105# though? Wouldn't 130's be a little better to slam the valves shut?
On the balance shaft, I believe the point being made was are you going to remove the shaft and plug the proper oil gallery holes or remove only the gear and leave the shaft in the car. With a double roller chain you need to do one or the other.
Also needed is either double timing cover gaskets or milling the oil pump cover. Which do you plan to do?
While we are all helping to spend your money, have you considered an electric WP, it may free up the last couple of horses since you are getting close the the 400WHP mark.
