Oil leak...from where???

That's the rear main seal up inside that plastic. It's either that, or a $12 paper gasket that's back there. Either way it requires the trans to be removed. Mine has been leaking for probably 8 years now from that spot. It's not nearly bad enough to need repair, but it definitely gets all wet between oil changes.
