| I have heard the XP cam is good with stock heads... XPZ is better with modified heads... if your secrect mod is nitrous, and you use a lot, they have a cam for that as well but I can't remember the designation. PRJ has a cam (which I am installing) that is supposed to be run on stock heads and runs a little better than the XP. | |

| Are you running a 120 wet now? I would think with that setup you would benifit from the more agressive XPZ if supporting mods were completed...If you went the ZZP route.
I would assume Intense would match their heads with their cam and the package would be built for each other. If you expect their numbers, you will need to run the supporting mods they built the setup with.
Both ZZP and Intense are very reputable aftermarket support centers focusing on the 3800. I would not be hesitant to go with either but you need to find out exactly what their setup was designed for.

| Hahahaha S1's have their place guys. Afterall they were the bulding blocks for the S2.
Anyhow.. I run the S1X on stock heads with a Gen V. Beyond opening up the intake and exhaust that's about it. Ricers don't flyby. I tend not to downshift (highway speeds) until they are right next to me. Even with 3.29's in the transmission.....I am more than able to take care of business. On a poor tune the car pulled a 13.1 at the track.
Do your research on all the cams you are considering. Another thing that may help you is contacting a guy named Brandon on NEbonnevilleclub.com, his name on the forum is Dirthead Racing. He's the only guy I know that runs nitrous safely.
