| Hello everyone I just purchased a 1995 Riviera. It seems to have all the features offered that year. However I think my motor has a mind of its own. It sounds like my motor comes on for like 5-10 secs when the car is off and no keys in the ignition. I swear it happens like every couple minutes. Its weird. Also I need to find a wheel cover to match the ones i have. Anyone know where I can find them or why I think my car growls at me for no reason? Also, any other info helpful as well. Heres the one i just bought : link | |

| see the thing is with the wheels is that on the other side the emblem is different. There is no R in the middle its like a V on sum kind of symbol. It came with 2 extra caps, so I have 3 with the R and 3 w/ the V thing. I want 4 matching wheels. Where would i find those specific caps? | |

| Is it the engine or something else? Sounds like the automatic level control? It looks like they used the center caps off of the seven spoke chrome factory wheel on those wheels to me? | |

| Yeah, that's the air compressor for the rear air ride shocks. You have nothing to worry about; my '95 does it too.
Nice wheels, they go well with the car. Too bad about the mismatched center caps. Do you like the dashboard? Looks like a nice color match.

| o i love my dashboard.i made sure mine had the wood. whoever was the previous owner of the car took very good care of it. Everything is in great condition. Plan on replacing the Cd player w/ a pioneer or fold out touch screen or something like that. The gold Riviera word on the side of the car is kinda dull though and the fact that i dont have matching wheel covers kinda sucks but other than that im pleased. It even came with original owners manual. How does the leveling system work? I also believe i have the factory anti-theft system but i cant figure out how it works. | |

Well, I found out the other day how it works. The alarm is set when you press LOCK on the keyfob twice. Now, you can't open the doors from the outside, unless you use the actual key or the key fob, which both turn off the alarm. The alarm goes off only if the door is opened, not if you try to open it. So if someone has a crowbar and separates the door's alarm sensors, the alarm goes off. Also, if someone's trapped inside your car and opens it from the inside by manually unlocking the door and not using the power lock switch, the car knows no difference and sets off the alarm. It can be fun if you tell someone to wait in the car, then put the alarm on while they're in, so that if they try to go out and tell you something, they get CAUGHT!
