PostSubject: 1997 N/A Trans?   1997 N/A Trans? EmptyThu Mar 01, 2007 5:03 pm

Does the 1997 n/a Riv have a 4t65e-hd trans or just a regular 4t65e? Or does it have the 4t60e? I thought the 4t60e went away after '96 but just covering all the bases. Thanks. thumbsup

Supercharged '97 got the 4T65E-HD, N/A stayed with 4T65E, but they added electronically controlled TCC.

The TCC was always electronically controlled even with the older 4t60E. Thats what the E stands for. The 4t65 was completly electroincally controlled. " no vaccum modulator like the 4t60"
