| Does the 1997 n/a Riv have a 4t65e-hd trans or just a regular 4t65e? Or does it have the 4t60e? I thought the 4t60e went away after '96 but just covering all the bases. Thanks. | |

| if i had to guess, i would say it has the same trans as the s/c 97 riv's. _________________ 1996 with 254k miles, L32 4" FWI -> ported N* -> Ported Gen V w/3.0" Pulley, Stage 3 Phenolic I/C, ZZP FMHE, 1.84 RR, Headers and 3" pipe to mufflers, F-body brakes, and lowered on Eibachs. -RIP AMG C400 White on black. The TCC was always electronically controlled even with the older 4t60E. Thats what the E stands for. The 4t65 was completly electroincally controlled. " no vaccu m modulator like the 4t60" | |
