| You are REALLY making me miss my silver riviera. If my riviera had a graphite interior I would have it repainted silver. Really nice!!!!
What year is the silver riv?

| I like the color, very sharp and it's clean looking. I like the chrome wheels, but my preference would have been for a smaller rim. They look good though! I love a simple 5 spoke in chrome. good looking and easy to keep clean!! The last pic is your car? Those wheels are complicated looking!! 8 spoke with that squary center - they look good, but again not something I would want on my car. Just my preference, probably comes from living in new england and having to deal with rough roads all the time. | |

| I love the portholes on the white Riv. My personal taste on the rims is the 5-spoke, but that's just me. They are very nice, clean cars. (now pop the hoods and lets see underneath ) | |

| I like the 5 spoke rims as well. It gives his Riviera a clean sporty look. I actually might try and sell my rims soon as there is not much tire for cushioning bumps in the ruff roads of the Midwest. And yes my wheels are VERY hard to clean which is a big pain in the A**. He also has the wood grain dash kit, projector head lights and the front window has the tint strip on top and bottom. Makes you feel like your driving in a video game.. | |

Could you get a shot of the interior, from the driver's seat, and one of the front? I'd love to see those projectors, on or off, preferably in the day. Corey's been thinking about doing that, so ask your friend if the headlamp lenses have any heating or warping issues.

| Nice cars! Clean, love the port holes. And the silver looks SWEET! But I have to say, can't stand rims that big. Makes my eyes slide off the car and only look at the rims. Kinda like looking at a person with a deformity(no offence to those poeple tho), your eyes just keep sliding back to it. _________________ | |

| I like the paint on both, and the port holes, but 22's are just too big for a riv and they ride like $hit on ALL road surfaces, the riv is so smooth, why would you want to ruin that excellent quality about the car? | |

| even though the port holes were not put on our rivs, they dont look out of place. what would be cool is if you could make them functional. put a fan behind them and have them vent engine heat. now that would be cool. lots of fabrication would be needed. all the older buicks had them, dont know why they were not stock with ours. a aerodynamic thing i guess. | |

| Since the first Riviera in '63, they have never sported portholes. It's a Buick thing, but Rivieras are not Buicks - they're "by Buick". Ports were never part of their look. They don't look bad, but it's kind of an unspoken rule, like putting a "Buick" badge on, or using tri-shields - hardly done on any year Riv. _________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^ | |

| Actually I think '63 was the only year the Riviera sported the tri-sheild? In '64 Buick changed it to the "R" logo we now all know and love. | |

This is true! They have changed some over the years, but a true statement none the less!

| Why would they swap a 3800 series 2 into that car if it already came with it from factory? | |

No, only the supercharged models had the series 1 L67. The Naturally Aspirated had the 3800 Series 2 in 1995. See, look no Supercharged Badge on the trunk Lid. Also why would you replace an Series 1 L67 with a series 2 NA?
