Buick Signature vents

I noticed my friend from work got the 3 little vents like on park avs and stuff on his malibu which i thought to myself is kind of strange but gave me the idea of putting them on a riv. It seems like it would be appropriate to do seeing as its a buick. Has anyone seen any pics of this that you could post?

I saw some on cardomain, but I'd have to go back and see if I can find it again. I've seen some with the BMW Z-3 side vents too. It'll look good, if it's done right.

you can get the functional side vents from the dealer for a/b $35 apiece.but that is not for the labor to put them in. you can get the 3m tape ones at autozone for a set of 6 for $20

WHO WOULD WANT Functional??? i wouldnt want to drill thats for sure but nitrous purge would be hella tight

Functional is always better than cosmetic, just not cost affective some times.

Are you talking about side ports? They look good on some Buicks, but not on Rivs, imo. There has never been a Riv with factory port holes.

I don't think I'd care for them on the Rivs either. Just don't belong on this Buick model, imho.

saw some on a SAAB 93

the riv has the same peaked fenders like the park ave/ultra and i think the port hole look good on that, and im thinking of putting them on my car i might post a pic. they would the cosmetic ones. would anyone even be interested in seeing what they would look like?

i like them but dont care for the carbon fiber inside but its not to bad

I think they look odd on a riviera, but only because Riviera's never had louvers.

I don't think faux portholes are the biggest issue with GM at the moment... Now maybe if he was talking about lower quality uncompetitive products such as the CSV's and w-bodies and health care legacy costs he would be a bit more credible.

the whole bake of them are 3m tape a pain to get of but easy is you spend 3 or 4 $ for the 3m tape remover.

do they come in a line evenly spaced or did you measure them. I don't want to put them in the wrong place or too close/ not enough yada yada

Any guides?

I want to scrape off my college lettering too, nothing says cheap colliegiate car like university sticker lettering. I don't think people are impressed

no i had to measure them out even. your taking off your college lettering and my wife wants me to put on a baby on borad decal.
