| I just noticed this the other day during my trip to Detroit. All the vents work except there is no air going to my feet or the passengers feet. This sucks because its freezing out and my feet are getting cold driving!
Has anyone had any experience with this? The head unit is working and switching to floor mode but no air.
How does the system work on the Riv? Vacuum actuated, electronic doors, etc? Any tips on how to resolve it or diagnose?
Thanks. | |

| Most likely going to be the air mix/blend door actuator. On my park avenue it is located above the kick panel on the drivers side right by the steering column. | |

| And just in the knick of time for winter temperatures!
Everything else works, defrost and center vents, just no floor heat.
Any ideas on the resolution or if this is another common failure for these cars?
My feet are cold!
Thanks. | |

Thanks. Do a search on this site for the "actuators" - your probably failed. Significant labor but relatively simple fix with factory or junkyard parts. Albertj

| Just tried that. Didn't work.
Only thing that came up was the boost bypass valve thread unless I'm doing something wrong here.
