| With enough money and resources anything is "possible". But from what I've gathered speaking with Karma in regards to my own future plans it would be much easier to swap over an M90 from a Ford 3.8L | |

That M90 On the Ford 3.8L is ugly compared to the Pontiac 3.8L M90

| The ford m90 is still the most compact m90 out there. Its shorter nosedrive makes it ideal to swap in place of the m62 and its shape makes it idel for inlet modification that no other m90 blowers can. You want show or go? But at the end of the day you are trying to mod a series one, anything you do with the blower will be custom and expensive. The odd person on this forum has gotten the custom part minus the expensive because I've absorbed the cost myself as a favor. _________________ | |

| Subject: Adapting the M90 to Series I Plenum Mon Feb 03, 2014 1:22 am | |
| Has anyone in this group adapted an M90 to an M62 plenum for use on Series I engines? It seems like it could be accomplished with an adapter spacer, maybe an inch thick. That would also mean a longer serpentine belt. Thoughts? | |

| Thanks for moving this over for me. I'm glad the concept hasn't escaped other's notice. Anyway, I've got 3 spare m90s from other gms. I also have a spare m62 and an m112 minus the snout. It looks to me as if the 90 would be an easier option with a shorter snout for an upgrade. Also, I'd say the Series I fuel rail could be modified to fit over the M90. | |

Thanks gen6 blower it's not easy to find one cheap but I know somebody with a regal fit a tvs M62 cast as a bolt-on for a cobalt motor on his seriesII and it out-performed his gen5 m90 substantially - also probably easier to fit that blower on a seriesI being it's smaller. Still though, it's gonna take fabbing probably two plates (lower intake adapter, throttle body adapter). I'd wager it's pretty doable on a SI but you still gotta buy a $$ TVS blower

| That does sound interesting. Thanks for the pointer. What do you think about using a fuel pump and sender from a Cadillac El Do? | |
