How did you know I keep a service/maintenance/repair log?!? (actually, the log makes it WAY easier to deal with the dealer if I have to. My first one was just a two-for-a-buck spiral bound pocket notebook, current one is a fake-leather-bound "RECORD" book with numbered pages I got for $1.- at a dollar store)
