I was thinking about buting my car in fin registery...that would rise have rised my cars price to +12000euro... but from what price did the calc it? what did they told you that this car would cost in fin? | |

| They simply took two corresponding Rivieras (-95) from nettiauto.com, one cost 9950€ and another 11000€, and calculated reduction of few percents. Next, they used some time ago published chart with CO2 emissions converted to total weight of car when fully loaded: 2144 kg = 233 g/km = 33,3% tax.

Because of there are no official emission charts before year 2000 which would be accepted by Finnish authorities they use total weight. | |

| damn...could have helped you. i have inb a other pc 2 saved web pages from nettiauto where 2 rivs where for sell. one whit 5600euro and other 7200. could have used them for evidence to get the tax lower . it's funny....i bayed for my car 3300euro...can't emagen paying 2700euro taxes for it... but it was in bad shape tho...driver seat broken, abs did not work, well..actualy you can see all in my thread lol... Riv's are EXPENCIVE in FINLAND! | |
