| when i first got my got my Riviera, i noticed that a very bad job of installation of a external cd player. what is the best way to remove this and replace with a new one/fill the space with some thing useful p.s i just noticed how dirty my car is when i look at this picture, i will clean it tomorrow | |

| Oh, is it only a cd player? I didn't know they made external cd players. It plugs into the factory head unit? How? I guess the stock factory cd player is broke? | |

| That's a CD player? Huh... doesn't look big enough. Kind of interesting. I like how it's hidden with that cover off but like the OP said, wouldn't want to look at it as it's not the cleanest install. | |

| well the cd holder is in the trunk, you can just control the cd via the panel | |

| If you still have the factory radio, if you can find the pinouts there is a way to wire the factory radio to run the CD changer. Not sure who to ask, maybe United Radio up in Syracuse NY?!?

| I've got a Sony 10 disk changer that I bought with a Sony Head Unit years ago, and have wondered myself if I could hook that up to the Riv's Head Unit.? Will have to look into that. | |
