Exactly - I'm sure we're all having flashbacks to our own previous "deaths in the family"... (Sure doesn't seem to be a lot of UNI in these newfangled BODIES) EDIT: Oh crap! All along I've figured there was nothing I could use off a '95, and nooooow it hits me: The chrome trim off the pedals...

| Wow that's a heart rending series of pics! I know what you're going thru man, I'll be feeling the same pain soon. I wish you the best of luck with the T-type. | |

| Thanks guys for all the...condolences? Does that apply here? Anyway, yeah I'm still upset but I got over a lot of it today while painting the Riv's engine for my T-type project.
Eldo - I didn't even think to take the pedals! Truth is I needed the brake pedal at least to get my down the hill from the work garage. I had forgotten the '95s only had the chrome trim pedals.
sburch - incidentally, I had music playing in my work garage when the tow company came down the driveway. Bon Jovi - Wanted Dead or Alive....kinda raises an eyebrow now that I look back on it...

| Don't sweat it! Like I said, it was my own rusty mental gears... Also, Derek has PM'd me with possible trim-pieces from his own '95 part-out. And hey, the song could have been worse: "We had joy, we had fun, we had seasons in the sunnnnn..." | |

| It really takes something like this to see just how attached we get to our cars. But as an 87 LeSabre owner I'm looking forward to progress on that SC swapped. Always wondered how those would do with that under the hood. | |
