| Has anyone tried tinting their headlights or tailights on the riv? Any pictures if you have?
I bought a new headlight and I'm going to buy some vht nightshade and give it a try. Just wondering if anyone else has tried this out.
I'm only going to try this first one out and see how it looks then we'll go from there. I want to do this before I spend the money on new clear corners cause if it looks good im just going to tint them.
What do you guys think about it?

| http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=728316 Thinking about doing this to the headlights and corner lights. It may solve the yellowing issues on the corner lights. I'm not sure how it will hold up against chips n bugs n stuff though. Anyone else want to try this and be the ginny pig before I trash my headlights? | |

| I have a spare front headlight sitting on the table downstairs. I was planning on doing this but I don't know how its going to look with my blue car. Black on the other hand it would probably look pretty good. Eventually I will buy some nightshade off ebay and do it though. Just don't know when. | |

| I would be cool if we could just replace the lense cover with something without lines in it so you can see the components of the light. And from that town down some of the chrome. here's a pic I did like 3 years ago when I decided to change up the Riv a bit | |

Anyone else want to try this and be the ginny pig before I trash my headlights? It would be just like the clear coat that's on the hood, I would think it should hold up pretty good? . Looks sharp!

| How did you tint them. A few years ago when I worked at a body shop I tinted some of my friends taillights by mixing black paint with the clear coat and it worked great. | |
