I did actually, I would really like to get my hands on a dark gray Leather wrapped 1. I had a nice dark gray leather wrapped factory shifter knob in my old Fiero, but of course it was a standard. I'm thinking maybe somthing out of a GP, or a Cadillac may work, but not sure yet.

Ray, your car is shaping up very nicely. The tips look great, and having the lip painted always looks clean and sharp. It'll be very interesting to watch the rest of your build!

Beautiful and classy. Are you installing a new carriage top and, if so, at what cost?

IMO...darker would compliment your paint better. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product.

Not a huge fan of those carriage tops but I guess once it is put in it's there for good. lol

Nice looking car overall. The rims look good. You sure about not painting it a darker shade? I think it would look pretty badass with the lighter roof and possibly a darker brown metallic. I dunno...

I kinda said it previously but I'd go with a complimenting color on this roof, especially if you're going to have it re-done.

Really excited for all the improvements and restoration you have for this car. As a fellow enthusiast, it's always refreshing to see another member of the car community bringing their car to showroom status. smile
