Thanks it took a lot of work to get it this way! Yes, it is real Burlwood, the wood is a very thin slice between the 3M tape on the back and the finish on the front, but it is a real wood dash kit. From problems that others have posted about other dash kits on this site I think it was the best way to go!

did you repaint the lower trim too? what paint did you use? Thanks Yes, I painted the trim also. The tag in the trunk didn't list the trim color so I picked one that is very close, it is probably a shade or two different than original but pretty close. It was kind of a pain since '95 was the only year that offered two different trim colors. I used SEM canned paint, my brother that is the painter said that he remembered the guy at the paint shop he worked at used it, so it must be good stuff? Coverage was real nice and other than my line not being exact, hardly noticeable, it turned out good

No, I must have missed that video. Of course I pretty much ignore most of yours and Ilan’s posts, even though you and he seem to be the resident experts on everything Riviera related at the ripe old ages of 16 and 18. I do appreciate the compliments on work I have done to my Rivs and usually acknowledge those, but pretty much everything else I just ignore. I haven’t figured out if you and he just post to get your counts up or what, but I usually just let it go and don’t mess with it. I know I don’t do any performance mods but I think I have contributed a good bit of information to the forum on the things that I have posted. At one point I almost started a thread asking if “Anyone else tired of the palermocorey90 and IBx1 show?” That we seem to have going on here, but I didn’t. Anyway, glad you finally got your Riv running.

| thank you, and i understand why you don't do performance, you keep them original to keep the value. i mean the 95 there's next to no market, and silver arrows there a limited production, so you would want to keep them orginal. | |

It still needs a coat or two of polish but it turned out pretty good overall ... not too bad for years worth of work! ( Good enough to win 1st place in your class, my brother! )

Thanks, , and yours looked good too, 1st place in your class I guess I'm the only one that noticed all of the "BAD" places in the paint on mine! One of these days I'll get my '65 decent ... I hope anyway!

Thanks I got them off of eBay, they are the same ones that Matthew has only in "Black" Chrome. Ractive Tips I think, can't remember the part number right now but I'll check on it.

They are out there. I'm pretty sure that the guy that had them on eBay when I got mine was raising his prices right after I got'em. His listing went real quick and when I e-mailed him he said he was going to since they sold so well!
