Yes and no. Someone swapped a series II into a 95, but I don't know of anyone that has converted the series one to work on OBD-II. For the amount of work required you might as well swap the whole series II motor and get have a more mod friendly engine.

One question why the hell would you want too? I have a series 1 and have had a hell of a time finding part to rebuild the motor. stay away if you can..i would love to switch to a series II. there are so many more aftermarket parts for the series II. not a good swap.
