Your car has an excellent paint job.
My car was a repair. If I was able to paint it like yours, I would have kept my painted hood.
I agree with all, we LOVE the headlights. I makes the car look newer.
The gold and maroon/burgandy two tone paint is by far may favorite. It looks beautiful. Hi! Yes, they looks like sisters!

The headlights might have been done by the import company to satisfy motor vehicle laws. Please ask them about the headlights. Hi, Albert ( alike my father`s name)! There are no official dealers of Buick in Russia!!!!!! Importer was a private person. It is shady business, so i can not find him

By the way from June 2012 there will be ban on vehicles with red turn signals in rear, I understand. What you might want to try is putting green LED bulbs in the red lenses to see if you get yellow light out (probably do). What we have to find is LED that when steady on is red but is green when blinking. We already have LED that is white steady on turns yellow (amber) when blinking (see this link ---> ) they are called "switchback" bulbs.
Albertj
Ban will be just for new registering in police cars. Who already have registration - no problem (or, if will be problems, I will take your advice )

I do miss the painted hood. It made it sporty. I had to restore it to the original for sale.

Sad, but yes. I have not had work for over a year. I have been restoring the Riviera since I bought it in 2008. Mostly repairs to aging parts, so almost 95% new parts on it now. Engine is original, only 75k miles. I want to drive until 100k miles but I can not afford more mysterious repairs that come up. Whoever buys my Riviera will be fortunate. Most new part, low miles, little more work to be perfect. It has a BLACK interior. I'm pleased to read about members from Russia. I would love for my Riv to become a Russian Riv and be beautiful and loved.

- And what is the price for your car?
difficult question. I have put in about $2,500 in repair cost but I know it would not be a realistic price to add that to what I originally wanted for it. In Massachusetts I see for-sale Rivieras with over 100k miles on the engine selling for $4k to $5k. I would be happy to offer up my Riviera for the same price. I have a repair I would like to do before I sell so the new buyer will get a mechanically sound(good) vehicle. So, I would like to sell for $4,500 and see what offers I get. I understand my Riviera is a 1995 and older cars in the USA do not hold value unless they are a Corvette, Honda, Toyota, JEEP, or special vehicle. I hope to find the right buyer who will continue to enjoy the vehicle and agree that my price or near my price is fair. The green Riviera you see in my picture is my old Riviera. I sold it for $2,500 in 2008. It had 157,000 miles. (I need to do some chores, I will return soon)
