Well I finally bit the bullet and decided to put that OP set that was lying on the floor of the Riv in 2day. Oil drained, filter, and oil pressure sensor removed.
Oil Pan removed.
Gasket material stripped and ready for the parts washer.
Banged out a few dings as best I could it'll do for road use. Washed, masked, and ready for paint.
Pan bolts get a makeover
Ooh! Shiny...
Surfaces prepped for gaskets
Permatex Aviation Gasket maker. Applied on to pan, then on sealing edge of the top of the gasket.
Gasket/Windage tray in place.
Oil pan bolted in place and torqued to 10lbs./ft (14 Nm). To place the windage tray is easiest done by doing the oil pan pickup tube and gasket last. Hang Pan gasket in place with bolts hand threaded on opposite sides of gasket. Install Oil pickup tube and new gasket through hole in tray. Remove hand trhead pan bolts and gasket will hang from oil pickup. Slide pan in place while aligning gasket and bolt it up.
Fresh new blood for the Riv. Amsoil Synthetic 10W30 , and long life filter. (even though I still change oil every 5000km's )
Oil in and project complete!

Found a few missing body clips while I was under the car so I'm going to replace them. Gave the chassis a few shot of grease, and next it 3 stage wash n wax for the spring. Will be back on the road at the end of the month after last winters storage. If I find any other issues along the way I'll address them as well. Over all though everything seemed tight. Oh and thanks Robo.
