The PCM is located behind the glove box on the passenger side.
Disconnect your battery.
Remove the side panel (looks like the fuse panel on driver side)
There are six screws holding the glove compartment and kick panel up remove these.
wiggle the glove box a little and it will pull out, unplug your trunk release and there it is.
My 95 has a red, white and blue plug. If I had to do it again I would order the AC delco from Rock Auto, I purchased a Reman from Autozone I am on my third one and this is finally a good one.
Good Luck

It's behind the glove box. Take off the hush panel underneath the passenger side dash and look up. It's in there.
