| Just curious what other Buick/gm cars share our magnetic steering system? It's just night and day from even other luxury rigs. So smooth and mmmmm | |

| That steering setup has been used in all kinds of GM's. Model specifics I can't say all of them, but I know that Buicks, Cadillacs, some Pontiacs (Bonnevilles), and Chevys...pretty much the entire higher-end GM lineup was using Magna-Steer in the 90's | |

| Steering system is hydraulic with a magnetic device that makes the wheel harder to turn above a certain speed. Pretty much every GM car midsize and up has this m-m-smooth overboosted power steering. Pontiac's for a while came with a modified pump that was not as boosty, it honestly gave you more feedback. Magnasteer was an attempt to vary feedback so that on the highway you got that Pontiac feel more or less and in city you got all the boost with absurdly low effort. | |
