please help guys abs light

When I crank my car sometimes my abs light comes on at the same time my ac unit goes dead nothing and my car feels like the brakes are engaged when give it gas. I can turn car off and back on and issue resolves. Was a rare thing now happening all the time even while driving. And now I sometimes have to turn car off and on 5 times to resolve issue. 1995 Buick riviera supercharged. Please any help appreciated

Check for apparent wiring modifications or damage in the harness to the ABS unit under the hood (this is probably not the issue).

Check the wiring to the wheel bearings (they have sensors in the hubs) and the connectors there for corrosion or damage.
