| yeesh yer worse than eric (who just picked up a much larger heat exchanger for the IC) anyways some new pics ground all the welds and bent up all the new hangers (maken it easy to drop at the track...) once its all done all the bare steel is getting cold galv sprayed to keep the damn rust at bay the 3 inch turndowns/tips (fer the steath look lol) all the nitrous solenoids are final mounted, just need two more screws to secure it to the cowl...its starting to get tight in this damn engine compartment ended up welding the bolts to the drivers side trunk floor for the bottle brackets, i also got eric to remove all the sound deadening under the trunk mat (its a start!) | |

| took a shitload of measurements of all our dbl/single rollers JP dbl -Rollmasters NEW dbl -OLD dbl- single - OE stock from test fitting all of em need the chambfer recut larger to clear the larger american crank chambfer in this pic ya can see in detail stock vs aftermarket, the rollmaster single was damn close but it still needs to be bigger Rollmasters NEW (silver links) OLD (~04 manufacture blue n silver links) and Single (also ~04 manufacture) crank gears JP -Roll NEW-OLD and the chains | |

| not feasable better to cool the gasses directly through chemical intercooling (spray) far more effective than cooling a blower which the air is only in contact for tenths of a second | |

| got the HE installed and done...the bleeder turned out perfect lol ended up using eric's old lower radiator hose and a new one to get everything done (both cutdown to the tight angle ends) this bmw radiator is the perfect HE for the riv's with no condensers so if your looking for a heat exchanger thats huge, look for a 95 bmw 5 series radiator. the OE foam pad below the condesor was used as a spacer to prevent the HE from rubbing dirrectly against the radiator and hold it snug. the lips bent outward for the end tank to core crimps., as well as the obvious holes in the top radiator support for the bleeder and end tank crimps (the HE is only supported by these much stronger crimp points. oh and eric will be getting a new hood latch bracket since he can now keep the lower legs and the bolts will clear the lower portion of the radiator (you can see one of the blind nut clips in the second pic) the pics tell the rest bent the lower radiator support for just enough room. this is before i finished the welds but here's the exhaust not tips yet as the turndowns wont be welded on untill all the welding/grindings done to make sure they are centered...(as the metal cools it tends to shrink and shift things a tiny bit) we are putting a couple angle brackets on the trunk floor to make sure during a panic stop/accident the subs cant take out the fuel pump but so far it looks snazzy with the carpet in place...i'm glad i finally convinced eric to pull it out and remove all the padding... and a new pair of rear airshocks...found a chunk of rubber missing from one of the rear trailing arms...yay more maint stuff lol i might try to get some measurements for any chance energy susp has any off the shelf urethane bushings that can be made to fit | |

| just to show how particular eric is about the small things... here's a pic of the trunk sill, notice how the metal brackets holding it up are bent and tthat nice gap (loves to eat tools) after my suggestion to remove 2 screws and bent em back to fix it eric said "no one is gonna look at that" lmfao finally done with the trunk, screwed the box down to keep any panic stops from taking out the fuel pump ahhhh giggle juice.... and i guess somehow the riv won feb cotm what are ya'll insane? | |

| ahhh but we are closer to said video's got the cam gear back from being ground down .030 to move it closer to the block for gear alignment which if we move through crank endplay and cam endplay the ceneter measures are now .002 off so damn near perfect
putting it all together now after dbl checking all the measurements | |
