Corey, I'm curious, did you try disconnecting the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator and look at the pressure at idle? That would essentially give you extra pressure if your pump and fuel path is able to supply it, that is. It should go up a good bit. From there, take the gauge into the car with you so you can read it, put it in drive, hold the brake and give some gas. See how much the pressure drops at that point. It should remain above say 40psi with or without the vacuum hooked up to the reg. Having it unplugged just makes it a little easier to observe what the pump is doing since its eliminating the effects of the regulator.

the SES light should be on while the key is ON. that doesnt mean there is/isnt a code. you wont know till you plug up a scanner. nice video, going Blair Witch style huh? walking around narrating, drop the camera, and then hear you scream in the background...and blood splatter across the blower. sorry i know that doesnt help you out
you say it has weak spark? if you pull out a plug after trying to crank it, is it wet with fuel? can you get it running with a can of starter fluid?
