As I remember the WP is different from S1 to S2 and will not interchange. You may want to check the two gaskets side by side at the parts store to ensure that is correct though.

I spend too much time at the parts store.

For example I happen to know that Parts America aka Checker/Advance prices clearnance items with a price that ends with "5"

And said items are 75% off the listed price for employees since they are clearance.

spoke to a guy at meziere, and hes almost certain that theire wp140hd will fit a 95 s/c rivi. i looked at the gaskets and they apear to be the same. only question is. is there enough space to run a shorter belt? it routes awfully close to the engine mount....

good info! One day I will give this a try. If it doesn't work, the WP can always go on the wife's 98.

Shave a chunk off the mount. That'll give the belt a place to go. Check your routing. On the S2 the belt would usually come up from the water pump to the tensioner and then power steering.

You get a 4" longer than stock and leave the water pump out of the loop. So the belt goves from power steering to tensioner to crank.

I have a Meziere electric wp and it fit with no problems however I have the SII and OD ballancer, OD pulleys, and one very, very small SC pulley. Because of those, it might have given the belt just enough room from clearance from everything.
