| It's all just a matter of personal taste. If you have a vision, go wif it. (Unless your vision sucks...J/K couldn't help myself). Matthew is right, you won't be able to clean the suede. Check out the dash kits on ebay, they have everything from woodgrain to carbon fiber to brushed aluminum. Click on one of the wood grain kits and down toward the bottom of the listing it will give you all the colors available. | |

| Are you talking about the upper dash? It could look very upscale if professionally done, or it could look like a $25 dash cover if not. | |

| Whatever you do, make sure it's not shiny. Glare is a big problem with the dash design. That's why later models all had them in black. _________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^ | |

| Lord, do not do that. It's not one of those "gangster" Cadillacs. This reminds me of a car someone tried to trade me awhile back. It was a '97 Skylark with a tiger on the headliner. Yeah. It was as tacky as it sounds. Still, nothing beats this Eldorado I looked at a few weeks ago. It had nonmatching wood trim, gigantic tips, loud exhaust, blacked out tail lights, "portholes" on the side and my favorite, a custom gauge and flip switch in the middle of the dash. The switch had a little red light and a cover like it was the switch for a missile launcher or something. There was just a slab of aluminum in the middle of the dash with this crap in it. The dealer claimed it was to turn on an extra fan under the hood or something. Needless to say, I didn't want to find out what it did... Here's what the switch looked like: | |
