| If you just open the sunroof, it's nice fresh air and not too windy. If I get on the highway, the windows usually go up. If it's over 85 I'll probably turn on the A/C and close them all up. I love the fresh air. | |

| If you think it's loud with the moon roof open, try pressing the pop-up spoiler bar down while at speed. _________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^ | |

lol, we had a 240SX (Might have been our '90 Prelude) when I was a little kid and I always liked to grab that and it made my dad so mad as he hates loud noise because it bothers his ears and when I grabbed it it always made it really noisy in the car. I did open my moonroof all the way today although I couldn't really tell any different from when I pop it up other than it took way longer to close it. Even with all my windows down I was burning up and I wanted to turn the A/C on. I don't see how you people drive like this all the time, I'm spoiled on ice cold A/C. | |

| You would not have survived my non-A/C drive in my 68 GS350 in '04, 2,000 mile round trip, Fargo to OH and back. It was a blast, might be doing it again this summer, though I'm contemplating driving the Riv instead. | |

| Last night I was driving under an overpass and remembered a big reason why I like having the roof open. It lets you hear the incredibly loud whine from the blower as you go WOT under the bridge. It must be defining to someone outside. The roof lets only enough sound in so that I can enjoy it. _________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^ | |

| Is it just me or does everyone with a sunroof have air blow through the doors when the roof is open?

| I don't even have a sunroof and I notice it sometimes. Like coming through the door handle area? That used to happen with my old Riv that did have the sunroof too though. | |

| What's up fellow Riv owners! I have a 95 SC and out of nowhere my sunroof decides to start closing on its own when I turn the car off. In the past it would always stay open or tilted even after I tAke they key out & lock my doors but now it closes automatically every time 😩 Does anybody know how to disable the auto shut feature on that years sunroof? | |

I know there is a way to program the door locks and accessory lighting, but I am unaware of a sunroof programming option. I took a look in my 98 FSM, but didn't see anything. I'll look in my owners manual next time I am in the car. If there is no programming option, I'd say there may be a problem with the express module near the motor. _________________ 98 Riviera SC3800 All stock except gutted air box. 1970 Buick GS455 Stage1, TSP built 470BBB, 602HP/589TQ Best MPH, 116.06 MPH, Best ET, 11.54 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHCda-t_Jls https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfT2tEO4XcU

I'll check it tomorrow. I really don't know, but when I looked at the diagnostic section in the FSM, it made no mention of the automatic closing in the System Functionality Check. _________________ 98 Riviera SC3800 All stock except gutted air box. 1970 Buick GS455 Stage1, TSP built 470BBB, 602HP/589TQ Best MPH, 116.06 MPH, Best ET, 11.54 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHCda-t_Jls https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfT2tEO4XcU

| On my 95, my sunroof does not ever close unless I press the button for it to close. When I turn the car off, it remains where it was. It is still operable with accessory power so it sounds like your issue is related to the accessory power if it only does it when you shut the car off. If you open the door before it has a chance to fully close, will it still continue to shut? | |
