| I don't think the '94 came with 3.4s. All they had were 2.3 L four cylinders back then. Honestly though, money would be better spent on a nicer car than trying to mod an old Grand Am with a four banger... | |

| you could get a centrifugal supercharger, but i am not aware of a roots setup for the 3.1L or 3.4L. our vendor ZZP has some parts for grand ams. if you can find a good fab shop they could make you a LIM for a M62, but that plus tuning would be $$$$$. _________________ 1996 with 254k miles, L32 4" FWI -> ported N* -> Ported Gen V w/3.0" Pulley, Stage 3 Phenolic I/C, ZZP FMHE, 1.84 RR, Headers and 3" pipe to mufflers, F-body brakes, and lowered on Eibachs. -RIP AMG C400 White on black. | '94 Grand Ams did not come with a 3.1: http://www.edmunds.com/pontiac/grandam/1994/index.html
If he has one, he put it in there or he has a different year. Regardless, I wouldn't even waste the time modding a 3.1. Grand Ams don't seem to hold up very well and they're smaller than Civics. | |
