| You mean the supercharger rotor coating? I think he just cleaned the crap off the rotors and is polishing the external aluminum casing. | |

I think he just cleaned the crap off the rotors and is polishing the external aluminum casing. Yeah, I just wasnt sure because of the big difference in coloring in the before and after shots of the rotors. Hopefully its not the case or they wont seal as well | |

| Need to get rid off the spageti vacum lines and get some real silicon black or red tubes. also dont liek the boost gauges blue line will change it as black tho....and it needs a better fuelrail what wont go ower SC. but maybe next year....IC, bulley, cam, fuel rails maybe?will see. anyways tomorrow will but new full syntetic oil/filter and new cooltant fluid. and start whit exhaust pipe build. got the pipes, 2 muflers 2 tips and steel sokk, atm will use stock cat. and whitout resonator. if the sound will be too anoying will get one. after that have done all i could do...need to wait for sideskirt clips. don't want do take riv out whitout them.(been in garage now ower 1 1/3months) after that its FINISHED for this time. | |

| just be sure you clean them good. so that there will not be any oil/silicon on surfice. paint 1st the stripes silver....then tape them and cut in the rict size so that the stripes are covered. then paint the rest black. | |

| Exhaust... today thinked a long time but finaly desided to do the downpipe when i get a highflow cat. atm did after cat whit 2,5'' pipes. been lots of welding cuting and thinking... here some pictures of the work. Stock. it's weard that the stock exhaust starts from downpipe whit 3'' till cat, after cat whit 2,5'' to resonator? and from there whit 2,2'' till Y...and there 2'' till muflers...uhh....did they wanted to save monney thats why they did all the sections diferent size? New idea.. tips will ve hanging just half CM from the bumper, so they will stay pretty close, for protectign the rear bumper will have do but some thin stainless steel plate on the bumper so it will protect it of heat. Resonator deleted. will deside later if i want do but a newone or keep it whitout it. the pipe goes after resonator whit 30+30 and again 30+30degree angle pipes....after that 70cm and comes a Y what whe made of 2 30 degree angles, they will spread again whit 30degree and after that 90 degree angles to mufflers. Well i'm not sure if i have any time tomorrow. will have to buy 2 90degree pipes then it should be done. | |
