| Got it workin! Once I got Scott's DHP going, I was able to upload the edited code as I showed above and it works. It can be confirmed with a scanner if you look at the perfshift status. | |

| Awesome man. Great info. Somehow I see a plethora of perf shift buttons being added to Rivieras..... . You got a + from me! | |

| Great info. Have you noticed that shift pressures programmed for 3rd gear lock-out don't seem to take? I tried but didn't see any difference (would be nice to have perf shift activate by shifting into 3rd). _________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^ | |

I forgot to get back to you on this. I'm not sure about that. If there a good way for me to test that?

| Hey guys, ran across this randomly. Here's an archive of the writeup I had on my old site. - Code:

http://web.archive.org/web/20041015215319/www.rivman.com/perfshift.htm On the 97 PCM's I believe it's Pin 33 on the clear connector, not 21. -Rob

| Can any one confirm that pin 21 on the clear connector is for performance shift on the 1998 riv? That's what this pdf say it is, www.gmtuners.com/files/Fiero_L67_PCM_wiring.pdf All the other pins are the same as what my service manual says they are. My manual just says "not used" for pin 21. Also when grounding that pin does it need a resistor? if so what ohms and wattage? Thanks | |
