i've had to replace mine already. at around 100k miles i had major A/F problems at part throttle, but i got a maf code and got a used sensor from the yard.
maybe it's a FL thing? high heat and humidity must kill them.
btw this is the first case i can recall where a bad MAF causes the car to just die and not start again.
