NOT NORMAL.!!!!! Ouch, that hurt my ears. had my headphones on thinking it would be easier to hear. OUCH. You have a problem. Can you pinpoint which unit is making the noise? Put a screwdriver to the power steering pump, the alternator, the water pump, the SC, Find out what's making that noise. It sounds BAD. Absolutely not normal, even on a cold start.
The noise I hear after a cold start is not even worth mentioning after hearing that.!!!!!!

it was kinda very cold (-26C)...hmm water pump may be one problems point tho.
It dos not to that sound when it's warmer then -15C. Today i wached the car and parked back into my heated garage. Got my work car back so i don't have to hurt the riv whit those very cold times atm.
but anyways it could be...steering pump, water pump...and?...it's comming from the right side and i think more beheind the engine.
I think it sounded just loud in video. actualy it's not that loud.

Maybe the PS pump?
I would inspect the PS fluid, maybe use a suction gun to remove the fluid and replace whats in the resevoir, see if that helps.

I did multiple changes to the PS fluid before the weather got cold and eliminated noise from power steering pump that way. I also flushed the steering rack while I was at it. I thought for sure i would be replacing a PS pump it was that loud, not as loud as what Timo just recorded, but a groaning noise. Anyway, after 5 or 6 flushes, the noise went away and now i don't have to replace anything. I was planning on replacing the pump and Rack. No More.

I used a suction gun to remove the fluid from the pump reservoir, like i said 5 or 6 times. After each time, I replaced with new fluid and operated the steering back and forth with engine running to heat up the fluid. Then turn off car and suck out fluid and replace with new and repeat procedure. After doing that to the pump, then I loosened the return line from the steering rack to the pump (at the pump) and ran the car and watched the fluid level as the fluid from the Rack drained into a pan, and kept filling the pump reservoir until i saw clean fluid coming out. I did this with a second person in the car turning the steering wheel. I ended up using about a quart / liter of fluid to properly flush the system. Then I added one oz. of Lucas Additive to the system and have been noise free since. I should mention it took about a week of driving locally before all the noise went away. At first i still had some noise, not as bad as when I started, but after a week of driving the noise went away completely.

That sound in the video is either water pump, power steering pump, alternator or a bad idler pulley. I suggest removing the accessory belt and spinning each thing by hand.

ALL pulleys are new and been installed in october
and as i sayd this happens only when it's colder then -15C when warmer then there is no noticeble sound.

It still won't hurt (too much) to loosen the belt and check everything. I know you have to check it at temps below -15C. But how else will you know.?

My car doesn't sound nearly as bad as that, but it's a very similar noise to what I have. Mechanic said it was a bad idler pulley, and a few other pulleys that are wearing out. Can't remember the exact ones off hand. In cold weather it's louder, not as loud as that, but louder, when it warms up it's not nearly as bad.

You are at -15F. Stuff starts to bind and break for no real good reason when it's that cold. I hear several sounds and what I would do is take the accessory belt off the pullies and check stuff. Here is what I would check:
1) there is some 'marbles in a can' sound here, that is the water pump most likely. With the belt off you can turn the pump by hand as fast as you can. If ti makes any clicking sound it is bad for sure, unless it is maybe trying to pump ice cubes.
2) the turbinelike whine is most likely power steering pump. I would open the cap and see what the fluid looks like. It may be that the fluid is old or wrong viscosity (too many additives) and so is making the pump whine.
3) your battery is kind of weak on that cold start. Your alternator, once the car is started, is presenting a rather heavy load to the engine trying to charge the battery.
4) your Service Engine light is staying on, and Traction Off light too. So - what are you not telling us about the general condition of the car. Looks to me like there are some (admittedly probably unrealted) maintenance issues.

An easy way to find out if this is the case: open the power steering pump cover and start the car. The noise should be magnified with the cover off.
