| Hey cool. Thanks.
Some update interior pic have been posted in the Audio section.
Modified headrests - see above. I've seen but have not considered chrome tips. Do you have some? Where did you get yours?
You are correct. This is not my DD. I have a few other vehicles. I usually drive my truck mostly. My latest addition and project is a 95 Impala SS.
Clear lenses. I bought and install NOS lenses 3 years ago.
K&N is installed. The air box is not gutted. Expand on that please. I assume we are talking about gutting it in order to get maximum air flow. Did you do that to yours? How is that performance?

What is NOS lenses? To guy your air box you need to take off the box and rip out the gray and red pieces inside the box. I did it as have a lot of people on here. It felt like it made a little difference.

you car could be mines twin! except for the wheels and interior colors. have you considered chrome tips? i also take it the riv is not you DD, but how have you been able to keep the corner lenses so clear? have you gutted the air box with that k&n? Check the audio section for monitors in the headrests. Twins indeed. What color is your interior. How many miles do you have on your Riv? Any interior pics of yours?

| looks great! i see you do the "rain dance wash" when you clean the cars.(dark clouds in the background) i just washed mine and i think i was hit by those same clouds why would you sell the riv? the engine has the most potiental for mods, and i bet you can get better mileage than the suv or impala. _________________ 1996 with 254k miles, L32 4" FWI -> ported N* -> Ported Gen V w/3.0" Pulley, Stage 3 Phenolic I/C, ZZP FMHE, 1.84 RR, Headers and 3" pipe to mufflers, F-body brakes, and lowered on Eibachs. -RIP AMG C400 White on black. | Okay officially off of work for the long weekend plus one additional vacation day. I am now working on my 4 day weekend! mayfair4life187 - We weren't allowed to have tinted front door windows in California either. Florida has some law that states it must be 25% or something like that. I had them done in California and figured I would deal with the consequences later. Head unit is a Kenwood DVT-912 if I am not mistaken. I can doulbe check if you'd like. It has TV tuner, DVD player built in. It was the first touch screen unit put out by Kenwood around 2003. jimmyriv - Yeah I know. I guess I am going to have to regroup. Too many toys not enough parking spaces, time, money, and the usual things associated with that. Yes, I dig the dash as well. A good combo. I'm glad I did it. Mr. RIviera - Yeah I do the rain dance wash. I am sure some of my neighbors think I'm nuts. Others have me figured out already. Sell the Riv... Well, the Burb is great for long hauls, towing, and whatever else. Pretty darn comfortable too. I just picked up the SS. That is my latest toy. Mods on this are in work and continue. I don't know. I need to figure out what I'm going to sell. Andysdorm - I wash the rides on my driveway. Yes, good ole' Florida weather. Did you guys check the music set up in the audio section? Here's a taste.. Just another reason to rethink the whole selling concept. | |

| I hear and agree with what you are saying. Interestingly enough though the Impala holds its value a bit more than the RIv.
And I've already started dropping money into the Impala. It's got wheels, I've added Hotchkis control arms and rear sway bar, redid the brakes complete with cross drilled and slotted rotors, installed headers, and am now getting the music together. I am well on my point of no return with the Impala.
