Your upholstery looks unbelievably great for its age. Blue is the best interior color!

James, My 92's interior is blue like yours but leather instead of cloth. I had an 85 Riv that had blue cloth and I honestly don't know either which one is better....each have both advantages and disadvantages.

I'd be inclined to say that cloth will wear out faster than leather, but yours certainly doesn't look like it has, flyingeagle. If you have kids, though, it's leather hands-down on account of the spill factor.
Both undoubtedly hold out better if well maintained. When I had cloth, I used to shampoo and scotchgard it every year.

Years ago (1970-72)...I was a tire builder at the General Tire plant in Mayfield, KY before I went to work at Goodyear in Union City, TN. At that time, Generals were OEM on a lot of Ford cars and trucks and we also built tires that were branded Road Handler for Sears. Personally, I liked Generals better than Goodyear back then. I don't know much about them now because we just don't see them very often here in New Mexico.By the way, I like what you did with your grill.

I learn something new every time I come to this board. Never even heard of satin clearcoat, but it makes a hell of a difference on Ol' Blue. Really, though, it's the overall effect of what you've done to it. Wonderful!

I kinda like the satin.Allthough it would look beautiful in a dark navy kandy.

I think that's a little nuts, but it reminded me of something else that looks like a lot of fun to do:
Half the car, twice the fun.
