I haven't been on much lately. I had both knees replaced over the fall/winter. I can now finish my golf swing without the pain at the bottom. The knees are good now, but the white pearl paint is chipping/flaking from my roof. Poor primer/prep work maybe?

| Spring is definitely here. I took the MG out for a nice long spin today, took my daughter out to an ice cream/mini golf place about an hour from home and she had a GREAT day tooling around with daddy! | |

| It's a '54 MG TF. I brought it home last summer, but I grew up riding around in it - my father bought it in '68, restored it in '78 and I remember many many trips like the one I just gave my daughter. I think she enjoyed it as much as I used to! | |

- Thanks everybody, this is my favorite body style riv, besides the 69 to 71.
I agree in that this body style for the time is excellent. My personal favorite is the 8th/last gen but follow closely by its previous gen. Also alongside the Toronado, I also like the 1969 versions. I had a dream many years ago, circa early 2000's, where I was in a parking lot viewing a white opal 'next generation' Riviera styled as a modern interpretation of the early 90's models. What remained was the angled tail lights, belt lines and smooth notch back. The rest was updated. It really got me looking at that generation closer.
