| Like the topic says, when I release the pedal it doesn't always come all of the way up. It goes far enough to disengage it, but not far enough for the PCM to recognize that it's off. If I kick/pull it up the rest of the way the PCM sees that it is in fact off. There is a couple of inches of play in the pedal when disengaged. It is not difficult to get it the rest of the way up as it moves rather freely. | |

| Cable system might be stretching/starting to fail. IIRC mine did that for a while before it pretty much completely stopped working. If the brake engages & disengages ok still, just pull it back up that little bit with the toe | |

| Mines done this once after the car sat with it engaged for about a week. No problems since thankfully... worried a bit though | |
