Got the car back last night from the mechanic! He only charged me $200 versus the dealer quotes of $300, so I gave him $220. He said that the only thing now is that the water pump is making a little bit of noise that you couldn't hear before with the S/C drowing it out, and he can see the pulley wobbling just the slightest bit. No need to replace just yet as it's not leaking or broken, but he said he'd be glad to fix it for me when it's time! I have a mechanic.
Here's a vid of the idle; pants like a dog in front and purrs like a tiger in back.

It's ok, I can afford $40 for a new one with the gasket; it's getting it replaced that worries me.

whats the tic tic sound coming from the front? it sounds like exhaust leakes to me. i would pull the headers and inspect for cracks. mine did the same thing. and i found 4 massive cracks. my bud welded them shut for 0 $ ... its pretty easy to pull the headers. just take your time....

It's the water pump making that sound, the pulley wobbles a bit.
Corey, are there any special steps to replace the whole water pump? I remember seeing that the alternator bracket and steering pump are in the way.

Yeah it's the stock resonator, they more or less make it sound like the last-gen GP's except louder. Just goes to show how loud my screamcharger is though!

Dude how do you keep gas in that thing and the cops off your tail? I'd be stepping on that thing every chance I get just to hear that supercharger.
