| 23-24 MPG with a cam + your mods, driving 95% city is pretty unrealistic. Not impossible, but nearly. I'd like to believe it, but you would need to track your fuel records for a few fill-ups and show some real proof. Using DIC for real-time estimates is fine, but for average MPG on a full tank of gas it's not as reliable. _________________ '05 GTO 6.0L • 6-spd • 95k miles • 0-60: 4.8s • 16.9 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:26'95 Celica GT 2.2L • 5-spd • 165k miles • 0-60: yes'98 SC Riviera • 281k miles • 298 HP/370 TQ • 0-60: 5.79s • ET: 13.97 @ 99.28 • 4087 lb • 20.1 avg MPG • Nelson Ledges Lap: 1:30 3.4" pulley • AL104 plugs • 180º t-stat • FWI w/K&N • 1.9:1 rockers • OR pushrods • LS6 valve springs • SLP headers • ZZP fuel rails KYB GR2 struts • MaxAir shocks • Addco sway bars • UMI bushings • GM STB • Enkei 18" EV5s w/ Dunlop DZ101s • F-body calipers EBC bluestuff/Hawk HP plus • SS lines • Brembo slotted discs • DHP tuned • Aeroforce • Hidden Hitch^^^ SOLD ^^^ '70 Ninety-Eight Holiday Coupe 455cid • 116k miles^^^ SOLD ^^^ | |

| 42.5's shouldn't give you a noticable decrease in MPG's. The reason behind a possible difference would be the larger injector not atomizing the fuel as well as the smaller.
Usually by the time you get to swapping jnjectors there are enough mods on the car to keep one from noticing any decrease in mileage from injectors alone. | |

| Derek, Could you find and post the OEM P/N's for the molded heater hoses that you replaced when removing the LIM and SC. I need to order those before I do the top swap and I can't find the P/N's. Thanks, Rick | |

| Order them sooner vs later, I don't know which part they were waiting for but it was at least a week before they shipped my order. | |

| maybe it's buried in this thread somewhere, but i'm about to install a Gen V on my car and i've heard there are clearance issues with the alternator. where do i need to grind? can i replace it with a 04+ model from a w-body, or would it be severely underpowered for the riv? _________________ 1996 with 254k miles, L32 4" FWI -> ported N* -> Ported Gen V w/3.0" Pulley, Stage 3 Phenolic I/C, ZZP FMHE, 1.84 RR, Headers and 3" pipe to mufflers, F-body brakes, and lowered on Eibachs. -RIP AMG C400 White on black.
